		<description>I realized what you said like an epiphany. The epiphany helps me get calm, and I don&#039;t demand any more. 

Every time I have a realization like an epiphany, I can go on thinking about other things. And when there is too much other things, I lose control of my thoughts and need an epiphany to calm down.
