Thanks for sharing your docs earlier. I've been discussing the family/learn/servant paradigm with our leaders, and think we may be getting some consensus there. Challenging our small group leaders to move past "doing" church or simply "going to" church, and recognize our true identity: WE ARE the church. That changes everything.
